If you schedule an appointment for a repair in which I don't have the component on hand, you receive $5 off the final repair cost, on top of the normal $10, totaling up to $15 off total!
Out of stock components typically only take 1-2 business days to arrive for any appointments scheduled before 4:00 P.M. MST. Arrival time during the day varies, but is typically around 12:00 P.M. MST
The component will be held for you up until your scheduled repair time, plus an additional 24 hours afterwards unless contact is made. Life happens, and I will do my best to work around any weird scheduling conflicts that arise and make it as stress free as possible for everybody!
The device model and service information, such as what repair you are looking for and what issues you are experiencing with your device will be entered during appointment creation.
If you can find the device model number, that will help in finding your specific device, as some devices share a model name, but may be manufactured in different years. To find the model number, you can find it in the settings of your device in the about phone section, and on some device models, you can find the model number listed on the back or the bottom of the device.
