There is a 5% convenience fee for phone plan payments made with a card. To avoid this fee, you can pay in person or by mail with cash or check.

Verizon Prepaid functions on a balance system, where you can add an amount to your account, and when your renewal date passes, they will take from your balance to renew your phone plan. Choosing a different balance amount will not change your existing plan. Please make sure you are selecting the correct balance for your existing plan. If you are unsure which plan you are on, you can either call into the office at (406) 550-3938, or you can dial 611 from the number in question and that will call Verizon's Automated system.
If you would like to change your plan, that has to be done by dialing 611 to contact Verizon directly. You can also bring the device into the office where we can assist you with that process.
The selected option will add $80 to your Verizon Account Balance.
